The new client consultation lasts approximately 20-30 minutes. This meeting gives us the chance to be introduced to you and your pet/s in person, get detailed information on their care, and answer any questions you may have. We will review your completed paperwork at this time and gather additional details on your pets and home. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can arrange to have your keys returned after the visits are finished or have copies kept securely on file. After the consultation is completed and we have your information on file, new visits can be scheduled by simply logging into your online account. Your pet's profile will be stored in a secure system, which ensures consistent and quality care for your pets and property.
Use the following forms to prepare for a new reservation or consultation. They should be submitted before the date of your meeting or visits by email, fax, or mail. Forms may be signed digitally or by hand.
NEW CLIENTS: Please contact us to schedule your consultation at least one week in advance to avoid rush charges, and for the opportunity to waive the new client set-up fee of $30. The minimum initial reservation required is $50.
